Service Agreement Terms
Cirrascale Cloud Services, LLC provides cloud infrastructure services under contractual agreements. Our services are subscription-based and governed by the terms outlined in your service agreement.
All cloud services are provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Service terms, pricing, and configurations are established at the time of contract signing and remain in effect for the duration of the agreement period.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their cloud service subscriptions subject to the following conditions:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Require 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Require 60 days written notice. Early termination may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement.
- Enterprise Contracts: Cancellation terms are specified in individual agreements and may include early termination penalties.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:
Eligible Refund Scenarios:
- Service Outages: If our services experience downtime exceeding our 99.9% uptime SLA, you may be eligible for service credits.
- Billing Errors: Any overcharges or billing mistakes will be refunded within 10 business days of verification.
- Initial Trial Period: New customers may receive a full refund within the first 7 days if not satisfied with the service.
- Service Failures: If we fail to deliver agreed-upon service levels, prorated refunds may apply.
Non-Refundable Items: Setup fees, custom configuration charges, and completed service periods are non-refundable.
Data Migration & Retrieval
Upon service cancellation, clients have the following options for data retrieval:
- Clients have 30 days from the cancellation date to retrieve all data from our systems.
- We offer complimentary data migration assistance for transfers under 1TB.
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
- We provide standard export formats compatible with major cloud providers and storage systems.
Hardware Returns
For clients utilizing dedicated hardware or co-location services:
- Leased Equipment: Must be returned within 14 days of contract termination in original working condition.
- Damage Fees: Clients are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
